Am using this laptop for work and gaming. Best value for money on the market for the spec. Huge crystal clear screen, totally able to personalize the set up for your gaming, really light to carry, good battery life. Also love the touch pad being subtly integrated into the shiny dash. Keys are clicky which I also like. Would recommend for gamers on a budget!

This item was bought for my son who is a gamer, it provided everything he needed at a very good price. Being a student this also played a very big part as we wanted something which would handle everything he needed to do and run the programs he uses at college.

This laptop is basically a poor-man's alienware m14x, except it's half the price and the only difference is the HDD being 5400RPM instead of 7200, and the memory being single-channel instead of dual-channel (It even has a better CPU than the m14x). It completely outclasses other gaming laptops in its own price range. The screen is non-glossy, which is nice for games, and the i5-2450M and nVidia GT 555M provide a very smooth gaming experience (65fps in Dota 2, 100fps in TF2 on high). The keyboard is a chiclet keyboard, much like a macbook, but is nice once you get used to it. Battery life is decent, at around 2-4 hours unplugged depending on usage.
