I am beginning to have doubts as the product I received had already been used. This is not good as the price paid was for equipment in top class condition. The item had a very flat battery and slight scorch marks in the battery connection area. Do you normally supply goods in this condition?
I use my lap-top for personal use. I am on several committees and use it to save paper!

For 2 yrs I have enjoyed everyday home use of a Medion 10" netbook (with Windows 7) so my online purchase of this 13" version (with built-in DVD drive ) has been a careful choice from your sale of older models. It replaces my wife's 7-yr old ailing 15" Dell laptop and (10 days later) we rate it as excellent for documents, pictures, spreadsheets, internet,Skype wideo, TV and i-Player. (We don't do games). Transfered our old stuff ok, plus MS OFFICE 2007, so everything is perfect.
