I purchased the Medion DECT design phone because I was dissatisfied with a similar BT model. The Medion item was better value and offered more features.

Answer phone, with handset, Excellent quality, keeps charged for ages without being returned to the base unit. Would recommend to anyone looking for an answerphone

the phone is ok, it does what it says on the tin. a great modern design, however, the electronics, display etc are a bit outdated.

I have no complaint so far about this phone, very nice and slim. Works good. But the customer service, length of delivery, especially the return process is completely a mess and appalling. Would not reccommend the company's way of dealing with customers.

it came with faulty so i am sending back overall i was expecting the germal product would be good quality. but i am disappointed
